Frerard Sequel 4

The best part of the morning is waking up with him.

My hair a mess. Plus his house always smells good. Like pancakes or cookies.
Right now I'm too tired to get up though, so I'll pretend to sleep a little longer.

~Next Day

I haven't seen Jeffery yet. I don't really want to. I know that sounds childish, I just don't feel like dealing with the drama I guess. I don't know if I should tell Kristi or not. I think she should know, but I don't know how to tell her.

Later in French when I'm reading a zombie comic he talks to me.
"Frank?"
I stop reading and look at him, without saying anything.
"Hey…I'm sorry…about yesterday, and I don't want things to be weird with us…can we just pretend that it never happened?"
I look him in the eyes and think about it. "Okay," He smiles a little "as long as you tell Kristi about it." His smile fades.
"I…" He begins but stops.
"She deserves to know." I tell him.
His expression turns to anger. The muscles in his jaw ripple slightly as he turns away from me.
We don't talk the rest of the day.
I decide that if he doesn't tell her in a week or two, then I will.

Four days go by and Jeffery doesn't say a word to me.
I'm sitting in Gerard's kitchen when I get a call from Kristi.
"Hello?"
"Did he kiss you? Or did you kiss him? I gotta know Frankie." Her voice sounds weak.
"He kissed me." Gerard and Mikey both look up at me when I say this. Mikey looks confused and Gerard doesn't have much of an expression.
Kristi sighs faintly and it's quiet for a moment.
"I'm really sorry Kristi, I never wanted any of this to happen."
"I know Frankie, I broke up with him when he told me." She says quietly "…He's scum." She adds.
"Yeah." I don't know what else to say.
"…Well I'll talk to you later, kay?"
"Alright. If you wanna talk just let me know."
"Thank you Frankie." She hangs up the phone. I close mine and put it back in my pocket.
"He told her." I say to Gerard, Mikey still looking confused. Gerard nods, "Good." I nod too.
"I'm confused." Mikey says. "What's happening with Kristi?"
"Jeffery kissed me last Thursday…on the lips, and he wasn't joking around or anything."
"Whoa! What the fuck?"
"Yeah." Both Gee and I say at the same time.
"How upset was she?" Gerard asks
"She sounded like she might have been crying, or yelling. I couldn't really tell."
Gerard looks down at his coffee mug.

~Next Day
Gerard's POV

It's such a warm day. Especially for late October. I got Frankie to come down to the park with me. Not that it took much persuasion.
I love autumn. I brought my camera to take pictures of everything. I might paint some of the scenes later.
Frankie is standing on one of the swings, swaying back and forth. Watching me snap pictures of dead leaves.
"I'm thirsty." He announces…again.
"I know…you've said that like three times babe."
I turn around and hold my camera up to him. He flashes that grin, showing all of his teeth, and I take a few pictures. I can't help but smile back.
"So, what do you want for your birthday?"
"Sex."
"Well duh, besides that."
"You don't gotta buy me anything babe."
"But I want to."
"Hmm…I don't know what I want. I already know my parents got me that guitar."
"…I think I know what I'll get you then.
"Ooohh!~ What?!" He jumps off the swing, almost falling.
I laugh. "It's a surprise."
He pouts.
